Our exchange policy:
◆ Our products are crafted specifically upon order and undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch.
◆ We facilitate size-related exchanges, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
◆ Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in gadget display settings.
◆ Exchange requests are only accepted for orders placed directly on our official website, www.beeboldd.com.
◆ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail for returns, as items not received by Bee Boldd will not be considered returned.
◆ Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for international orders.
◆ Items purchased during a sale period are not eligible for return or exchange.
A nominal fee of 250 rs will be charged for exchange requests.
◆ Credit vouchers issued for exchanges are valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy :
For both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
In the case of prepaid orders, we offer two options for cancellation:
◆ We can issue a credit note equivalent to the order amount.
◆ We can replace the ordered items with another product of equal value.
However, there are instances where we may need to cancel orders from our end, such as material or fabric unavailability, incorrect product listings, or instances of fraudulent activity. If Bee Boldd cancels your order, we will refund the amount to your registered bank account.
Refund Policy :
◆ Once a product is sold and delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide the option for size exchanges on purchased items.
◆ If you encounter a defective or damaged product and require a refund, please note that a deduction of 3% will be applied for prepaid orders and 2% for Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders to cover gateway charges.
